The overnight hike was a big success, despite some cold we all managed to climb up and back down the weatherman mountain fairly easily. We then pitched camp near a small mountain lake got our little stoves going and had army rations and pot noodle for dinner (which went down very well.)
Everyone is a bit tired and wet now so we will spend the rest of the day recovering.
Photos should be appearing tonight if we can get sufficient connection at the campsite. At the moment we are relaxing around Coniston as they have toilets which don’t creek when you sit on them!

Glad to hear your hike went well, it’s a shame the weather has not been better for you. Would be great to see some photos, wet or dry! Enjoy and have fun the rest of the trip. Take care all.
